CDC on Lack of Contraception
Between 1998 and 2000, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention researched unintended pregnancies. Fifty-eight percent of the unintended pregnancies in the survey occurred because of a lack of a contraception, said Jane Lux, director of the Personal Health Services Division at the DeKalb County Health Department.
