Supreme Court Strikes Down COPA
The U.S. Supreme Court has once again rejected an effort by Congress to restrict access to the Internet, this time upholding an injunction that blocks enforcement of the Child Online Protection Act (COPA). "The Court has made it safe for artists, sex educators, and web publishers to communicate with adults about sexuality without risking jail time."
